Why wouldn’t we just hire an employee?

As you know, an internal hire comes with a lot more responsibility and HR paperwork. The salary offered is not the total cost of what you pay an internal hire when you add up holidays, sickness, maternity etc. It also comes with the need to spend your time training them; we come in and hit the ground running.


We are a full team so there’s no need to outsource to additional third parties. Typically, when you hire an internal marketer there is still the need to outsource specialist skills such as design, website, SEO, PPC and ads – this is all covered within our ‘Full’ package. 

If we’re working together on a one off or ad-hoc basis, there is absolutely no commitment; a deposit will be taken at the start of the project with the remaining balance due upon completion. If we manage your account totally hands-on, then you’ll be on a rolling contract we just ask that you give us three months notice to cancel the retainer. No long term fixed contracts in place. Win win!
All of our work is done remotely, but we bet you wouldn’t even notice! As part of our commitment to integrating into your team, we are widely available on Slack or Google Chat during office hours. Every month, we hold a monthly meeting with key personnel to review progress, results and discuss upcoming plans. Working remotely means we work longer hours for you as there is no commute time, or water cooler chats, to distract us…or you!
